We are constantly looking for opportunities with the potential of creating significant value for our investors. Typically, the company looks for off-market deals at the inception stage where the company has the chance to actively create value both at the orginination and the execution phase. Our target investment types range from plain commercial and real estate investments to sophisticated leveraged deals both in real estate and private equity.
